Ok guys, this is how it works...
STEP 1: BEFORE YOU ORDER
Before you place your order, there are a couple of things you need to do to ensure you MAXIMIZE the benefit of our caricature services.
- Please be sure to take a look at our portfolio if you have not already. These cartoon caricature samples will give you a very good idea of our talent and style.
- Please read our terms of service to understand more about our cartoon caricature services. Our Caricature FAQ page will help if you have any questions.
STEP 2: PLACE YOUR ORDER
Once you are ready, go to our cartoon caricature order page. Please fill out your order description in the form on that page. The more details that you give the better!
When filling out the order form, you will be able to attach your photo(s) right from your computer. However if you choose not to, you may email those photos later. We will give you the email address on the "thank you" page that displays after you made your payment.
Photos can be sent in JPEG, GIF ZIP and RAR format. Usually the artist only needs one good photo to draw from. If the artist cannot work from the photo you have provided, we will contact you. However, if you do have multiple photos, please provide them to us. It enables us to get the best likeness possible on the subject.
For group caricature, you can send one group photo, or several separate pictures. However, it is easier for the artist to use individual pictures, as the image size is usually bigger. We do not have to have individual photos of each person to be drawn, but it is better if we have them.
Look everything over. Take your time. Hit the "PROCESS MY ORDER" button when you are done.
STEP 3: PAYMENT
When you are done with the form, we move to the caricature payment page.
To make your payment, click the "BUY NOW" button based on the option that you wish to order.
When you click that "BUY NOW" button, you will be whisked away to the Paypal secure server. With Paypal you can pay by credit cards, debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, AMEX, Discover) and funds transfer.
Who is Paypal? It's the payment gateway company that we selected to handle our online transactions for us. They offer a good, hassle-free credit card processing service and they are serious about security.
PayPal uses SSL technology to keep your information safe. In addition, when you send a payment using PayPal, the recipient won't receive your sensitive financial information like your credit card or bank account number. This way, you don't have to worry about paying people you don't know.
You no longer have to become a member when you use PayPal, just say no at the end of the transaction when asked if you want your information saved.
When you have completed the payment at Paypal, you will be whisked back to UbiToon.
FINAL STEP : COMPLETING ORDER
The last step (if you haven't done it), is to email us your photo(s).
Please note that it will take 5 to 7 business days to get your caricature from the time your order is received. Sometimes turnaround is quicker, it is based on our current workload. Your turnaround time will begin from the date the complete order is received.
